HIP-HOP RAP INSTRUMENTALS
:z: grew up in artistic communities and environments in the US and Canada. Raised on Blues and Rock'n'Roll, :z: experimented in metal and Rap. In Seattle Washington USA, while attending college there on a football scholarship, :z: was lucky to hang around gifted poets and vocalists. Mentored by MC-D, beat composition by Dougee D and delivery by Moe.B (Mackin on Every Biatch) then, and now with the assistence and encouragement of friends like Danni and Lizzy and collegues Richard Lewis and Discrete the Cosen1, :z: took up his old pass time, and found empowerment and freedom of expression rapping again.
iNSPIRATION
When ask what inspires him? :war:z: replies. "Lessons learned from heart ache and heart break."
"I had allot of freedom as a kid, which got me in trouble with gangs and correctional facilities." And having good English and worldly experience intimidated allot of people and made him learn to defend himself in allot of different ways he states, "I grew up poor and have always had to fight for Life".

Tradition
:z: has a very strong background in singing and dancing his traditional culture from his grandmothers lineage of the Kwakwake'wakwa (Kwaguilth) people of Kingcome Inlet and Alert Bay areas, as well as his Squamish Nation Status here in Vancouver British Columbia Canada. But what Kwakwee really loves to do, is sing the blues.
BLUES
"To sing the blues, you have to live it!", he stresses. And :Z:. has lived it, by surviving two near death accidents. Dying and coming back to life shows you a unseen level of existence towards life and people, he says. But alot of the time people don't see you, your invisible, but they feel you by hearing you.
"As an artist, it is important to sing and dance your emotions, just get the audio in the air", he smiles.

"It just really keeps my mind sharp like chess, always thinking two steps ahead. To me its "metaphysical mathematics." :z: is currently finishing two others songs and two music videos set to be released on his 4 song album "WAR:Z. - The Life and Times of a Soldier" summer 2013.
